Page 69 and 70 of Parcel Maps on file in the county recorder's office of said county more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the :Northwesterly corner of said Parcel 2, said point also being at'the intersection
of the Southerly right of .way of Roundhouse Avenue and the Easterly right of way of Emily
Street; thence Easterly along said Southerly right of way of Roundhouse Avenue North 896 52'
39" East 10.50 feet; thence leaving.said right of way. South. 44° 55' 13" West 14.86 feet to a
point on the Easterly right.of way of said Emily Street; thence Northerly along said easterly. right
