San Luis Obispo, State of California, lying northerly of the following described line:
Commencing at a pin in monument well on the centerline of Prado Road at the westerly
terminus of the course described as " N89'58'56" W 994.29' " as shown on the map filed in
Book 94 of Record of Surveys at Page 55 in said County Recorder's Office; thence
South 0'01'04" West, a distance of 5-3.00 feet to aline parallel with and 53.00 feet south of
said centerline of Prado Road and the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence
Along said parallel line South 89'58'56" East, a distance of 557.71 feet to a curve concaved
to the southwest having a radius of 50.00 feet; thence
Easterly and southeasterly along said curve through a central angle of 45'42'32 ", an arc
distance of 39.89 feet to a reverse curve concaved to the northeast having a radius of 97.50
