BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of San Luis
Obispo as follows:
That the City Clerk be and he is hereby instructed to
receive and record a deed from JOM4 R. HAILE and HELEN M. HAILE,
granting to the City of San Luis Obispo the real property des-
cribed as follows:
