IGNORANCE AT TIME OF CONSTRUCTION OF THE EXACT LOCATION OF OUR PROPERTY LINE IN RELATION TO THE CURB. 2. IT WAS A:-5rff,-_-VGALYTHE BEST LOCATION IN RELATION TO A MATURE ALMOND TREE AT THE SOUTH EAST CORNER OF THE LOT, (WITHOUT SEVERELY RE- STRICTING THE .PLAY AREA FOR THE CHILDREN, AGES FOUR AND TWO.). 3. TO PROVIDE AS LARGE A PLAY AREA AS POSSIBLE ON THIS UNDERSIZED LOT. THE BASICS FOR THIS APPLICATIbN ARE AS FOLLOWS: I. THE LOT IS A NON- CONFORMING LOT APPROXIMATELY 4500 SO.FT.
