THE CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation,
the following described real property in the state of California, county of San Luis Obispo,
Those certain portions of Lot 14 of the San Luis Obispo Suburban Tract, in the
county of San Luis Obispo, state of California, described in that certain deed
from grantor herein to J. W. Fisher, dated July 27, 1953 and recorded September
30, 1953 in book 727 page 583 of Official Records, in which grantor reserved urr
to himself a life estate.
This deed is given for the purpose of terminating said life estate and to quit-
claim to grantee herein all right, title, interest and estate of grantor by rea-
son of said reservation in and to all of said land.

BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of San
Luis Obispo as follows:

receive and record a quit claim deed from JOHN GUDEL quit - claiming
to the City of San Luis Obispo the life estate over:
Those certain portions of Lot 14 of the San
Luis Obispo Suburban Tract, in the county

described in that certain deed from grantor
