THIS OFFER TO DEDICATE, made the day of le JW - 2014,
By United Association of Journeymen Plumbers and Steamfitters Union: Local No. 403, a
non -profit corporation which acquired title as Plumbers and Steamfitters _Union Local No. 403,
hereinafter termed OFFEROR:
WHEREAS, said OFFEROR is required to dedicate a public drainage easement on
property owned by OFFEROR as a condition of subdivision of property.
NOW, THEREFORE, said OFFEROR covenants and promises as follows:
1. That said OFFEROR is the owner of the following interest described below:
That portion of Lot 94 of the Suburban Tract in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis
Obispo, State of California, as shown on the map filed in Book 1 of Records of Surveys at Page
92 of the Office of the County Recorder of 'said County which is being subdivided to create
Parcels 1, 2, 3, and 4 of Parcel Map SLO 13 -0003 in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San
Luis Obispo, State of California as shown on map recorded in Book -7-1 of Parcel Maps,
Pages in the Office of the County Recorder of said County.
2. That said OFFEROR does hereby irrevocably and in perpetuity offer to City of
San Luis Obispo a chartered Municipal Corporation, hereinafter termed OFFEREE, a dedication
of a public easement for drainage purposes and incidental uses upon the following described
property: ,

3. That said OFFEROR agrees that said offer of dedication shall be irrevocable and
that OFFEREE or any such government entity may, at any time in the future, accept said offer of
dedication.
4. That the owner(s) of said Parcels 1, 2, 3, and 4, their heirs and assigns will be
jointly responsible to improve, maintain and keep in repair, the slopes, landscaping, and drainage
facilities within said drainage easement.
5. That said OFFEROR agrees that this irrevocable and perpetual Offer to Dedicate
is and shall be binding on.his heirs, legatees, successors and assignees.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this Offer to Dedicate is hereby executed by the said OFFEROR on
the day and year first above written.

PUBLIC DRAINAGE EASEMENT
That portion of Lot 94 of the Suburban Tract in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis
Obispo, State of California, as shown on the map filed in Book 1 of Records of Surveys at Page
92 of the Office of the County Recorder of said county more particularly described as follows:
The Southwesterly 20 feet of said lot as said lot is shown on the map filed in Book 65 of Records

of Surveys at Page 75, records of said county. Said 20 foot wide strip is intended to be adjacent
and contiguous to the Northeasterly right -of -way of Broad Street as described in the deed to the
State of California recorded August 18; 1975, in Volume 1848 of Official Records at Page 515,
records of said county.
Said 20 foot wide strip of land is also shown graphically on Parcel Map SLO -13 -0003 to be
recorded concurrently with this document.

5370 (1984 Series), recorded June 15, 1984, in Volume 2604, Official Records, Page 878, San Luis
Obispo County, California, and the Grantee consents to recordation thereof by its duly authorized
officer or his agent.
