Whereas, the undersigned own certain real property commonly known
as 527 Branch Street, and
Whereas,,the undersigned;have requested and been granted a
temporary exception by the City Comm..Dev. Dir. . from the requirement
of -installing Certain public improvements on said property conditioned
upon executionlof a .covenant.by the property owner agreeing to install
said .improvements at such time in.the future as the City may request
same.
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the granting of permission to
temporarily defer installation of certain public improvements consisting
of:
Street frontage improvements on South and Branch Streets to City standards,
consisting of purb, gutter, sidewalk, street pave -out and street trees.
the undersigned owner (s) of property hereinafter described hereby
covenant with the Ci.ty of San Luis Obispo to install ,all of said public
improvements without cost to City upon thirty (30) days written notice
from the City of San Luis Obispo requesting that said improvements be
installed, _
Said property islocated in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of
San Luis Obispo, State of California, and is described as follows:
1. A.P.N. 03- 749 -05 & 30.
2. Legal Description MS 84 -334 Being a consolidation of lot 22 of c�
Block 11 in the Weills tract and parcel 2 of parcel map SLO 71 -194.
This covenant shall run with the land and shall be binding upon the
undersigned owners, their heirs, .executors, administrators, and
assigns.
