NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the granting of permission to temporarily \ defer installation of certain public improvements consisting of: 1. Reconstruction of the private driveway, located at the present dead -end of Flora Street and lowering of the 12 -inch water main as necessary in (p order to construct Flora Street Improvements as required as a condition ;�v of Minor Subdivision MS 89 -191. r .2. The undersigned owner(s) of property hereinafter described hereby covenant with the City of San Luis Obispo to i.nstall all of said public improvements without cost to City upon 30 -day written notice from the City of San Luis Obispo requesting that said improvements be installed. Said property is located in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, and is described as follows: s 1. A.P.N. 03- 703 -01 and 03- 703 -03 2. Legal Description: z. Those portions of the South Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 36, Township 30 South, Range 12 East, Mount Diablo Base Meridian, according �SN to the United States Government Survey, being that Part of Lots 3, 4 and C 5, inclusive in Block B4 in the Goldtree Vineyard Tract (as shown on Tentative Parcel Map SLO AL89 -191).
