BE IT TUESOLITED by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo. as follcres:
1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute on behalf of the City
of San Luis Obispo that certain Deed of Easement For street, grater, sewer,
drainage, and other similar public purposes on portion of Lots R and S of
r -esubdivi.sion of Imt 58 and Dots 61 to 65 inclusive as described in said
easement.
