first part, and CITY OF SAIL LUIS.OBISPO, a %:unicipal Corporation
of the. State of California, the. party of the. second part.,
W I T N E S S E T H:
That the.said party of the. first part, in consideration
of the sum of Ten Dollars, lawful money of the. united States of
America, to hire in hand paid by the. said party of the second part,
the. receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, doe.s by these presents

grant, bargain and sell unto the. said party of the se-cond part, and
to its successors and assigns•fore.ver, all that certain lot, piece
or parcel of land situate in the City of San Luis. Obispo, County of
San Luis Obispo, State of California, and bounded and particularly
described as follows, to —twit:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of the. lot of land
sold by Eustaqui Sesenna et al to Pablo Antonio. Sylvera
by deed dated January 21, 1904, and recorded in Book "H"
of Deeds, page. 307, San Luis: Obispo County Records, and
running thence northeasterly along the uresterly line of
Higuera Street, twenty two (22) feet to a aoint• thence
at right angles northwesterly, two hundred (200) fe.e.t to
a point the carter of the San_ Luis Obis-oe Creek; thence
at right angles southwesterly, twenty two (22} feet; thence
at right angles northeasterly, two hundred (200) fe.e.t to
the point of beginning.
TOGET = with the tenements, here ditaments and appurtenances
thereunto belonging or appertaining, and the reversion and reversions,
temainder and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof.
TO HAVE UM TO HOLD the said premises, together with the
appurtenances, unto the said party of the second part, and to its
successors and assigns forever.
IN WIT17SS 7MREOF, the said party of the first part has

RESOLUTION No. 246 (New Series)
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A DEED FROM WILLIAM
H, BROADHURST.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of San Luis
Obispo that that certain deed dated November 14, 1927, made and,
executed by William H. Broadhurst, and conveying to the City of
San Luis Obispo the real property hereinafter described be, and
the same is hereby, accepted by the City of San Luis Obispo.
Said real property is described as follows, to -wit:
All that certain certain lot, piece or parcel of land
situate in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo,
State of California, and bounded and particularly described as
follows, to —wit:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of the lot of
land sold by Eustaqui Sesenna et al to Pablo Antonio
Sylvera by deed dated January 21, 1904, and recorded in
Book "H" of Deeds, page 307, San Luis Obispo County
Records, and running thence northeasterly along the
westerly line of Higuera Street, twenty two (22!) feet
to a point; thence at right angles northwesterly, two
hundred (200) feet to a point in the center of the San
Luis Obispo Creek; thence at right angles southwesterly,
twenty two (22) feet; thence at right angles northeasterly,
two hundred (200) feet to the point of beginning.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause said deed to
be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of
San Luis Obispo.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of Deoember, 1927, by
the following vote:
