That the said parties of the first part, in consider-
ation of the stun of Ten Dollars, lawful Money of the United States of
America, to them in hand paid by the said party of the second part,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do by these presents

the same was widened by deed dated October 9th„ 1889,
an recorded in Book 7 of Deeds, at page 7 in said Recorder's
office, at a point distant thereon Twenty five. (25) feet
Easterly from the intersection of said Southerly line
of Higuera Street, as widened, with the center line of I:orro
Street, and running thence Easterly along said Southerly
line of Higuera Street, as widened, Two (2) feet to a
point; thence Southerly, and parallel with the center
line of Morro Street, ninety (90) feet to the Southerly
line of said Lot I��ine (9); thence 1,7esterly, along said

BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of San
Luis Obispo, that that certain deed dated September 25th., 19250
made and executed by C. Y. Carpenter, Eva Albert Carpenter, G. C.
L:athews and rArgaret J. Mathews, transferring and conveying to the
City of San Luis Obispo the following described real property, to-
wit:
All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land situate,
lying and being in the City of San Luis ®bispo, County of San Luis
Obispo, State of California and bounded and described as follows:
A-11 that part of Lot Nine (9) in Block One Hundred
Your (104) of the Zission VineyardcTract in said City
according to the map thereof on file in the office of
the County Recorder of the County of San Luis Obispo,
State of California., described as follows: Beginning
