One thousand nine hundred and Thirty, between SAN LUIS OBISPO.HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT,. the party of the first part, and CITY OF SAN LUIS' OBISPO•, a municipal corporation of the State of California, the party of the second part, lI WITNESSETH:'` That the said party of the first part in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) lawful money of the United States of America, and other good and valuable consideration the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does by these presents grant, bargain and sell unto the said party of the second part and to its successors and assigns forever, • right of way and easement to.construct, maintain., repair and replace • reinforced concrete bridge and retaining wall, together with the necessary wing walls and such other walls and structures as may be necessary, together with the right of ingress and egress on, over and along that certain piece or parcel of land situate in the City of San Luis Obispo,, County of San Luis Obispo.. State of California, and parti- cularly described as follows, to —wit: Commencing at a point in section 35 town 30 south, range 12 east, Dd.D.H. said point of beginning being distant S 490 45t W 12..59 feet; thence S 770 231 E 157 feet from the most easterly corner of block 8 of Central Addition to the City of San Luis Obispo as shown on a map of said Addition now on file in the County Recorder's Office San Luis Obispo County, California, and running thence from said point of beginning N 200 37t E 130 feet to a point; thence S 770 231 E 70 feet to a point; thence S 200 37" W 180. feet to a point ;. thence N 770 231 W 70. feet to a point; thence N 200 37t E 50 feet to the above mentioned point of beginning and being a part of said section 35 and a part of said Central Addition. RESOLUTION N0. 316 (NEW SERIES) A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A DEED FROM SAN LUIS OBISPO HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT, CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO A RIGHT OF WAY OVER CERTAIN PROPERTY. BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo, that the deed executed by Chas. Forbes, President and C. L. Smith, Secretory, respectively of San Luis Obispo High School District, and conveying to the City of San Luis Obispo, a right of way over certain property for the purpose of constructing a bridge and retaining wall, be, and the same is hereby accepted by the City of San Luis Obispo.
