IIAGITAR F. TURNER, hi.s wife, both of the County of San Luis Obispo. State
of California,. the parties of the first party and CITY OF SAN LUIS OB ISM
a municipal corporation., of the State of California, the party of the
second part,
WITNESS,E TH:
That said parties of the first part, for and in consideration
of the sum of TEAT DOLLARS — — — (010..00) lawful money of the. United
States of America,. to them in hand paid by the said party of the second
part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do by these. presents
grant,. bargain and sell unto the said party of the second part.and to
its successors and assigns forever, a right.of way to lay, construct.,
maintain,, operate. and repair a reinforced concrete culvert and other
drainage structures, together With the right of ingress and egress over
and through, under and along that certain piece or parcel of land
situate in the City of San Luis Obispo:,.County of San Luis Obispo., State
of California, and particularly described as follows, to -wit:
Beginning at the northeast corner of Block 94.of the Murray
and Church Addition of the City of San Luis. Obispo', as per.
map filed in 1876 and on record in the office. of the County
Recorder of San Luis Obispo County, and running thence from
said point of beginning southerly along the southerly line
of Broad Street 55 feet to a point;. thence. westerly at right
angles. 26.0 feet. to a point;. thence northerly at right angles.
55. feet to a point in the southerly line of Leff Stree.t.; thence
easterly along the. s.outherly line of Leff Street, 2.&.0 feet
to the point of beginning..
Also a right of way to fill and grade the above described
premises for the purpose. of supporting a side.walk on Broad Street and
on Leff Street, adjacent to said. premises.

Obispo that that certain deed dated June 3rd., 1929, made and
executed by w. A. Turner et u.4. and conveying to the City of
San_ Luis Obispo a right of way over and across, under and along
certain property at the northeast corner of Block 94 of Murray
and Church's :addition to the City of San Luis Obispo, be, and the
same is hereby accepted by the City of San Luis Obispo,
The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause said. deed to be
recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of
San Luis Obispo.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th, day of June, 1929. by the
following vote:
