THIS INDENTURE made the 7th day of June , One
Thousand Nine Hundred and Twenty -nine, between the SAN LUIS OBISPO HIGH
SCHOOL DISTRICT, the party of the first part, and the CITY OF SAN LUIS
OBISPO, a municipal corporation'of the State of California, the party of
the second part,
W I T N E S S E T H
That the said party of the first part, in consideration of
the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) lawful money of the United States of
America, and other good and valuab].e'consideration, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, does by these presents grant, bargain and sell
unto the said party of the second part and to its successors and assigns
forever, a right of way to be used as and for a public street, and more
particularly described as follows, to -wit:
All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land situate in
the City of San Luis Obispo, County. of San Luis Obispo, State of Cali-
fornia, and bounded and described as follows, to -wit:
C000ENCING at a point in the center line of the San Luis
Obispo Creek distant S 71° 041 E 91.26 feet from the most westerly
corner of Harsh and Ida Streets and running thence from said point
of beginning along the center line of said San Luis Obispo Creek
S 610 W 16.74 feet to a point; thence S 350 151 W 20.46 feet to
a point; thence leaving said San Luis Obispo Creek and running S
770 231 E 339.03 feet to a point; thence W 121 37t E 60.0 feet to
a point; thence N 770 231 W 52.47 feet to a point; thence on a
curve to the right, tangent to the last described course with a
radius of 20 feet, through an angle of 900 and for a distance of
31.42 feet to a point; thence N 120 3711 E 160.30 feet to a point;
thence on a curve to the right, tangent to the last described
course with a radius of 125 feet, through an angle of 480 and for
a distance of 104.72 feet to a point; thence N 600 3711 E 181.20
feet to a point; thence on a curve to the left tangent to the
last described course with a radius of 280 feet, through an angle

curve to the left, tangent to the last described course with•a
radius of 185 feet, through an angle of 48° and for a distance of

thence on a curve to the right, tangent to the last described
course with a radius of 95 feet, through an angle of 900 and for a
distance of 149.23 feet to a point; thence N 770 231 W 57.51 feet
to a point in the center line of San Luis Obispo Creek; thence
along the center line of said Creek S 610 H 45.17 feet to the
point of beginning and being a part of Section 35, Township 30
South, Range 12 East, M. D. IYI .
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said right of way unto the said
party of the second part and to its successors and assigns forever.

caused this indenture to be executed by its President and Secretary
thereunto duly authorized by Resolution of the Board of Trustees of

spectively of the Board of Trustees of San Luis Obispo High School Dis-
trict, and they duly acknowledged to me that said San Luis Obispo High
School District executed the within indenture.

A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF SAN LUIS OBISPO HIGH
SCHOOL DISTRICT AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A DEED CONVEYING TO
THE CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO A RIGHT OF WAY FOR STREET PURPOSES.
SEAS, the Board of Trustees of San Luis Obispo High School
District have found it necessary for the permanent improvement of the
San Luis Obispo High School grounds, to establish and define certain
portions of said grounds as public streets;
AND I`dIEREAS, said Board of Trustees desires to. convey a right
of way to be used as and for a public street over the property hereinafter
described, to the City of San Luis Obispo;
NOW, TBEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Trustees of the
San Luis Obispo High School District that a right of way to be used as and
for a public street over the real property hereinafter described be con-
veyed to the City of San Luis Obispo; tl
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the President and Secretary
of said Board of Trustees are hereby authorized and directed to make, exe-
cute and deliver for and on behalf of said San Luis Obispo High School
District, a Deed conveying a right of way to be used as and for a public
street over said real property to the City of San Luis Obispo.
Said property is described as follows: all that certain lot,
piece or parcel of land situate in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of
San Luis Obispo, State of California, and bounded and described as follows:

regularly introduced and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the San

RESOLUTION N0. 285 (NEW SERIFS)
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A DEED FROM THE SAN
LUIS OBISPO HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT.
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of San.Luis Obispos,
that that certain deed dated June 7th 1929, made and executed by
Chas. Forbes and C. L. Smith, President and Secretary respectively of
the Board of Trustees of San Luis Obispo High School District, and con-
veying to the City of San Luis Obispo an easement and right of way over
and across certain portions of the San Luis Obispo High School grounds
for street purposes, be, and the same is hereby accepted.
The City -Clerk is hereby authorised and directed to cause said
deed to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County
of San Luis Obispo,
INTRODUCED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of June, 1929, by the
following vote:
AYES : Chas Forbes, L.J.Defosset, H.E. 'Cox, John Chapek, I.F.Sinsheimer
