DEED OF EASEMENT

THE GEHEUL FI'REPROOFIB?G COMPANY, as Grantor, hereby grants to the CITY OF
SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, San Luis Obispo County, California, as
Grantee, the following easement in the County of San Luis Obispo, State of California,
to wit:
A ten (10) foot easement for a sewer trunk line being five (5) feet
on each side of the following described centerline and being in
Section 1 T 31 S, R 12 E, MDM and Section 36, T 30 S, R 12 E, NmM.
Parcel 1. Commencing at the northwest corner of a tract of land
conveyed to The General Fireproofing Company by deed in Vol. 834,
pages 336 and 3383 said tract also shown on Licensed Surveyors
maps Vol. 7, page 114 and running thence N 3"90.171 E along the north
line of said tract 35.90 feet to the true point of beginning; thence,
from said true point of beginning along the said centerline S 410
041 E 13.96 feet to a point; thence N 420 241 E 910.17 feet to a
point; thence North 150 031 E 56.71 feet to the south line of Walter
Street; said point being S 710 561 E 87.52 feet from the most westerly
extension of said south line.
Parcel 2. Commencing at the northwest corner of said map Vol. 7,
page 114 and running thence N 620 141 E 37.40 feet to the true point
of beginning; thence from said true point of beginning S 340 021 E
137.23 feet to a point; thence S 590 161 E 1067.32 feet to the
westerly line of Laurel Lane, said point being 384.78 feet northeasterly
of the intersection of said westerly line of Laurel Lane with the
northerly line of Orcutt Road.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said easement for the purpose of laying, maintaining,
repairing, replacing, enlarging, operating and removing sanitary sewers and
appurtenances for said city, together with the right of ingress and egress therefor.
The Grantee shall, at its cost and expense, and without delay, restore any
improvements damaged or destroyed at any time by reason of the laying of said
sanitary sewers, or by Grantee in maintaining, repairing, operating or removing
any sanitary sewer or sewers in said easement, and shall restore the surface of
the ground to as near its original condition as possible, including an equal M
distribution of surface earth, and shall save the Grantor, from any suits or 00
