A parcel of land situated in Section 13 T 31 S, R 12 E, MDM described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of the westerly line of Laurel Lane with the northerly line of Orcutt Road as shorn on Licensed Surveyors maps in Vol. 7 page 114 and running thence N 30° 481 E 3.00 to the true point of beginning, thence from said true point of beginning N 59° 12' W 6.00 feet to a point; thence N 30° 48' E 10.00 feet to a point; thence S 59° 12' E 6.00 feet to a point; thence S 30° 118' W 10.00 feet to the point of beginning. Parcel 2. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said easement for the purpose of acquiring, constructing completing, reconstructing, repairing, maintaining, and operating fire hydrants, and appurtenances for said City, together with the right of ingress and egress therefor.
