which is South 30° 41' :'Vest 1,248.71 feet from the intersection of said North-
westerly line with the Southerly line of County Road No. 257 as shown on map
recorded in Book 3, at page 34 of Records of Surveys; thence leaving said North-
westerly line North 720 Vilest 1135.67 feet, more or less, to the Northwesterly
line of the property conveyed to Bertie J. Beall, by decd dated June 18, 1936
and recorded July 8, 1936, in Book 197, at page 25F. of Official Records; thence
South 26° 16' West along said Northwesterly line, 55.62 feet to the most Northerly
corner of the property conveyed to The General Fireproofing Company, an Ohio Cor-
poration, by deed dated January 27, 1956 and recorded February 2, 1956, in Book
834, at page 356 of Official Records; thence South 71° 56' East along the North-
easterly line of said conveyed property, 1,135.67 feet to the Northwesterly line
of said County road No. 324; thence North 30° 41' East along said Northwesterly
line, 55.62 feet to the point of beginning.
(B) Beginning at a point on the Northwesterly line of County Road No. 324, as
conveyed to the County of San Luis Obispo, by deed dated September 5, 1946 and
recorded in Book 424, at page 179 of Official Records of San Luis Obispo County,

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO ACCEPT AND
RECORD DEED OF REAL PROPERTY FROM 0. R. JOHNSON
AND BERTIE J. JOHNSON.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of San Luis
Obispo as follows:
That the City Clerk be and he is hereby instructed to
receive and record a deed from 0. R. Johnson and Bertie J.
Johnson, husband and wife, granting to the City of San Luis
Obispo the real `property described in said deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of June, 1956, by
