DEED OF EASN-11ETIT
JOHI,I L. NOGGLE andKEVA M. NOGGLE, as Grantors, hereby grant to the CITY
OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, San Luis Obispo County, California,
as Grantee, the following easement in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of
San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
Commencing at an iron pipe on my line of Lot 43 Block 13,
said point being a distance of 135' westerly from the NE
corner of Lot 4 of Block 13 in the Anholm Addition as
recorded in Volume 3, page 91 of Maps, San Luis Obispo
County and filed on May 13, 1927 in said County Recorder's
office.
Thence N 80° 26' E 42.82 ft; th S 90 34' E 2.53 ft; th S
490 59' W 35.11 ft; th N 410 23' W 23.83 ft; to pob.
TO FAVE AND TO HOLD said easement for the purpose of building, rebuilding,
repairing, and maintaining an abutment to connect with a culvert to contain the
flood Craters of Old Garden Creek.
IN WITNESS WtiE'REOF, the Grantors have hereunto set their hands and
signatures this day of December, 1956.
