DEED OF EASEMENT
HANS L. MAGER, as Grantor, hereby grants to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO,
as grantee, the following easement in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of
San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
An easement to construct, maintain, repair, replace, enlarge, operate,
and remove a public sanitary sewer line in and across Lot 19, Block 3,
Goldtree Vineyard Tract, in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San
Luis Obispo, State of California. Said easement being ten feet in
width lying five feet either side of the following described center line:
BEGINNING at a point on the southwesterly line of said Lot 19 distant
thereon North 36° 25' West 11.23 feet from the most southerly corner
of said Lot 19.
RUNNING THENCE from said point of beginning North 26° 30' East a
distance of 345 feet more or less to a point on the southwesterly line
of Johnson Street, said easement center line being parallel to and
10.00 feet distant at a right angle from the southeasterly line of
said Lot 19•
THE GRANTEE SHALL, at its cost and expense, restore any improvements damaged
or destroyed at any time by reason of the laying of said sanitary sewers, or by
Grantee in maintaining, repairing, operating or removing any sanitary sewer or
sewers in said easement, and shall restore the surface of the ground to as near
its original condition as possible.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantor has hereunto causedhis name to be subscribed

A RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT AND RECORD AN EASEATENT
FOR SANITARY SEWER CONSTRUCTION FROM HANS L.
MAGER,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of San Luis
Obispo as follows:
That the City Clerk is hereby authorized to receive and
record, on behalf of the City of San Luis Obispo, a "Deed of
Easement" from Hans L. Mager, dated, the 11th day of March, 1957,
for sanitary sewer construction and operation as described in
said deed of easement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of June, 1957, by the
following roll call vote:
