DEED OF EASEMENT

CENTRAL CALIFORNIA CONFERENCE ASSOCIATION GF THE SEVENTH -DAY ADVENTISTS, A
RELIGIOUS CORPORATION, as Grantor, hereby grants to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO,
as Grantee, the following easement in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San
Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
An easement to construct, maintain, repair,
and remove a public sanitary sewer line and
a parcel of land in Section 1, T. 31 S., R.
of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obis
easement to be ten feet in width lying five
following described center line:
replace, enlarge, operate,
appurtenances in and across
12 E., M. D. M., in the City
Do, State of California. Said
feet on either side of the
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly line of that certain parcel of land
transferred from WILLIAM H. McI N and ROSE P.McKEEN to Central Calif-
ornia Conference Association of seventh -day Adventists by deed dated
May 3, 1950 and recorded in Book 568 of Deeds at page
109 thereof, San Luis Obispo County Records, distant thereon
northerly along said westerly line 28.50 feet from the northerly line
of Orcutt Road.
RUNNING THENCE from said point of beginning South 69° East a distance
of 76.73 feet more or less to a point on said northerly line of Orcutt
Road distant thereon North 89° 381 East 71.25 feet from the intersection
thereof with the said westerly line of said parcel of lands transferred
to said Association of Seventh -day Adventists.
THE GRANTEE SHALL, at its cost and expense, restore any improvements damaged
or destroyed at any time by reason of the laying of said sanitary sewers, or by
Grantee in maintaining, repairing, operating or removing any sanitary sewer or
sewers in said easement, and shall restore the surface of the ground to as near
its original condition as possible.

A RESOLUTION TO.ACCEPT AND RECORD AN EASEMENT
FOR SANITARY SEWER CONSTRUCTION FROM CENTRAL
CALIFORNIA CONFERENCE ASSOCIATION OF THE
SEVENTH -DAY ADVENTISTS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of San Luis
Obispo as follows:
That the City Clerk is hereby authorized to receive. and
record, on behalf of the City of San Luis Obispo, a "Deed of
Easement ", from the Central California Conference Association of
the Seventh -Day Adventists, dated, the 6th day of May, 1957,
for sanitary sewer construction.and operation as described in
said deed of easement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of June, 1957, by the
following roll call vote:
