DEED OF EASEMENT SAN LUIS OBISPO CITY SCHOOLS, as Grantor, hereby grants to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISP02 as Grantee, the following easement in the City of San Luis ObiF!To, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit! An easement to constructs maintains repair, replace, enlarge, operates and remove a public sanitary sewer line and appurtenances in and across a parcel of land in Section 36, T. 30 S.s R. 12 E.,H.D.M.s in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispos State of California. Said easement to be ten feet in width lying five feet on either side of the following described center lines BEGINNING at a point on the southerly line of Lot 20'6 Block 3s Goldtree Vineyard Tracts distant thereon North 89° 30' West 11.21 feet from the southeast corner of said Lot 20. RUNNING THENCE from said point of beginning South 26° 171 West a distance of 146.09 feet; thence South 20° 17' East a distance of 13.77 feet more or less to a point on the northeasterly prolongation of the northwesterly terminus of Richard Street as shown upon that certain map entitled, "Map of survey of Richard and Walter Streets "s prepared by W. E. McLennan and dated Junes 1956. PROVIDED HOWEVER, that should Grantee ever abandon said use then said easement shall automatically revert to Grantor.
