Recorded 06/03/1957ivy. 895 PAGE582 S2 i.'n DEED OF EASEMENT SAII LUIS OBISPO CITY SCHOOLS, as Grantors hereby grants to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO.. as Grantee, the following easement in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wits A ten (10) foot easement for a sewer trunk line being five (5) feet on each side of the following described centerline and being in Lot 27 of the Orcutt Subdivision and Section 36, T 30 S, R 12 E., M.D.I. COMENCING at the northwest corner of a tract of land conveyed to The General Fireproofing Company as shown of Licensed Surveyors map in Volume 7, page 314, and running thence North 39° 171 Fast along the - north line of said tract 35.90 feet to the true point of beginning; thence from said true point of beginning North 41° 041 West 242.20 feet to a point; thence North 34° 02t West parallel with the easterly Southern Pacific Railroad right of way, 237.85 feet to a point; thence North 48° 071 West 256.88 feet to a point; thence South 48° 29' West 5 feet to the present Southern Pacific Railroad right of way line. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said easement for the purpose of laying, maintain- ing, repairing, replacing, enlarging, operating and removing sanitary sewers and appurtenances for the City of San Luis Obispo, together with the right of ingress and egress therefor. PROVIDED HOWEPER, that should Grantee ever abandon said use then said easement shall automatically revert to Grantor. THE GRANTEE SFALL, at its cost and expense, restore any improvements damaged or destroyed at any time by reason of the laying of said sanitary sewers, or by Grantee in maim 'ni gp repairing, operating or removing any sanitary sewer or sewers in said easement, and shall restore the surface of the ground to as near its original condition as possible.
