ARTHUR E. COLLET and AN74IE C. COLLET, as Grantors, hereby grant to the CITY
OF SAN LUIS OBISP02 as Grantee, the following easement in the City of San Luis
Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
An easement to construct, maintain, repair, replace, enlarge, operate,
and remove a public sanitary sewer line and appurtenances in and across
a parcel of land in Section 363 T. 30 S., R. 12 E., M.D.M., in the City
of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California.
Said easement to be ten feet in width lying five feet on either side
of the following described center line:
BEGINNING at a point on the northeasterly line of Richard Street distant
thereon South 72° 03' East 78.19 feet from the northwesterly terminus
thereof as shown upon that certain map entitled, "Map of Survey of
Richard and Walter Streets ", prepared by W. E. McLennan and dated
June, 1956•
RUNNING THENCE from said point of beginning North 20° 17' West a distance
of 106.54 feet more or less to a point on the northeasterly prolongation
of the northwesterly terminus of Richard Street as shown upon said map
prepared by W. E. McLennan.

THE GRANTEE.SNALL, at its cost and expense, restore any improvements damaged
or destroyed at any time by reason of the laying of said sanitary sewers, or by
Grantee in maintaining, repairing, operating or removing any sanitary sewer or
sewers in said easement, and shall restore the surface of the ground to as near
its original condition as possible.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantors have hereunto caused their names to be subscribed
this 3 day of June , 1957.

A RESOLUTION TO.ACCEPT AND RECORD AN EASEMENT
FOR SANITARY SEDER CONSTRUCTION FROM ARTHUR E.
COLLET AND ANNIE C. COLLET.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of San Luis
Obispo as follows:
That the City Clerk is hereby authorized to receive and
record, on behalf of the City of San Luis Obispo, a "Deed of
Easement" from Arthur E. Collet and Annie C. Collet, dated, the
3rd day of June, 1957, for sanitary sewer construction and
operation as described in said deed of easement..
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of June, 1957, by the
