DEED OF EASEMENT
H. L. GOFORTH, as Grantor, hereby grants to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, as
Grantee, the following easement in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis
Obispo, State of California, to wit:
An easement to construct, maintain, repair, replace, enlarge, operate,
and remove a public sanitary sewer line in and across Lot 20, Block 3,
Goldtree Vineyard Tract, in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of
San Luis Obispo, State of California. Said easement being ten feet
in width lying five feet on either side of the following described
center line:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly line of said Lot 20 distant
thereon North 89° 301 West 11.13 feet from the southeasterly corner
of said Lot 20.
RUNNING THENCE from said point of beginning North 26° 301 East a
distance of 72.69 feet more or less to a point on the northeasterly
line of said Lot 20, said easement center line being parallel to and
10.00 feet distant at a right angle from the southeasterly line of
said Lot 20.
THE GRANTEE SHALL, at its cost and expense, restore any improvements damaged
or destroyed at any time by reason of the laying of said sanitary sewers, or by
Grantee in maintaining, repairing, operating or removing any sanitary sewer or
sewers in said easement, and shall restore the surface of the ground to as near
its original condition as possible.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantor has hereunto caused his name to be subscribed
this 16 day of May , 1957.

A RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT AND RECORD AN EASEMENT
FOR SANITARY SEWER CONSTRUCTION FROM H. L.
GOFORTH.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of San Luis
Obispo as follows:
That the City Clerk is hereby authorized to receive and
record, on behalf of the City of San Luis Obispo, a "Deed of
Easement" from He L. Goforth, dated, the 16th day of May, 1957,
for sanitary sewer construction and-operation as described in
said deed of easement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of June, 1957, by the
following roll call vote:
