FELIX 0. and ICY JUSTUS, as Grantors, hereby grant to the CITY OF SAN LUIS

OBISPO, as Grantee, the following easement in the City of San Luis Obispo, County
of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
A drainage easement to construct, maintain, repair, replace, enlarge,
operate and remove a public storm drain line in and across a portion
of Lot 1, Block 20, Central Addition, in the City- of San Luis Obispo,
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the point of intersection of the centerlines of Buchon
Street and Essex Street; thence N 49` 15' E along the centerline of
Buchon Street for a distance of 35.0 ft to a point on said centerline;
thence S 40° 15' E, from said point, for a distance of 61.33 it to the
true point of beginning; thence S 40° 15' E along the easterly property
line of Essex Street for a distance of 9.60 ft to a point; thence from
a tangent which bears S 54° 10' 50" E from said point, along a curve
to the left, with a radius of 170 ft, through an angle of 28° 16' 12"-
for a distance of 83.88 ft, said arc having a chord length of 83.03 ft
and bearing S 68° 18' 56" E, from the tangent point; thence N 8° 41' E
along the westerly right of way line of the Southern Pacific Company
for a distance of 6.50 ft to a point; thence from a tangent which bears
N 82° 30' W from said point, along a curve to the right, with a radius
of 163.5 ft, through an angle of 310 17' 211, for a distance of 89.88 ft,
said are having a chord length of 88.76 ft and bearing N 66° 45' W from
the tangent point; thence S 390 0' W for a distance of 4.45 ft to the
true point of beginning.
THE GRANTEE MkLL, at its cost and expense, restore any improvements damaged
or destroyed at any time by reason of the laying of said storm drain, or by
Grantee in maintaining, repairing, operating or removing any storm drain in said
easement, and shall restore the surface of the ground to as near its original
condition as possible.

BE IT F.ESOLVED by the Council of the City of San Luis
Obispo as follows:
That the City Clerk is hereby authorized to receive and
record, on behalf of the City of San Luis Obispo, a "Deed of
Easement" from Felix O...and Icy Justus, dated, the 3rd day of June,
1957, for construction and operation of public storm drain as
described in said deed of easement,
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of June, 1957, by the
following.roll call vote:
