SAId LUIS OBISPO CITY SCHOOLS, as Grantor, do hereby grant to the CITY OF SAN
LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation, as Grantee, a right of way and an easement
for street, water, sewer, drainage and other similar public purposes in, to, over
and under the real property in the City of San Lugs Obispo, County of San Luis
Obispo, State of California, described as :
In the City of San Luis Obispo, in Breed's Addition, that portion of
Lot "D" as recorded January 25, 1889 in Volume "B ", page 33 of Flaps,
Records of San Luis Obispo County;
BEGINNING at the Northwesterly corner of Marlene Drive and County Road
No. 274 now known as Ferrini Road, as shown in Volume "B ", page 33 of
Maps, Records of San Luis Obispo County; thence North 11° 48' West a
distance of 555.18 feet to the Southwest corner of Felton Way and Ferrini
Road as shown in Volume "B", page 33 of j'laps, Records of San Luis Obispo
County; thence N 89° 14' West a distance of 16.88 feet; thence S 0° 46, West
a distance of 5 feet; thence along an are of radius 10.5 feet concave
southwesterly a distance of 14.19 feet to a point which is 9 feet west
of and parallel to the west property line of Ferrini Road; thence S 110 48'
East a distance of 522.90 feet; thence along an arc of radius of 11 feet
concave northwesterly a distance of_ -19.53 feet; thence S 0° 051 East a
distance of 5 feet; thence N 89° 55 ' East a distance of 23.94 feet to
the point of beginning.

A RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT AND RECORD AN EASEMENT
FOR STREET, SEWER,. WATER AND SIMILIAR PUBLIC.
PURPOSES FROM SAN LUIS OBISPO CITY SCHOOLS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of San Luis
Obispo as follows:
That the City Clerk is hereby authorized to receive and
record, on behalf of the City of San Luis Obispo, a "Deed of
Easement" from San Luis Obispo City Schools, dated, the 24th day
of April, 1957, for street, water,.sewer, drainage and other
similiar public purposes as described in said deed of easement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of June, 1957, by the
following roll call vote:
AYES: Nels Beck, Kenneth W. Jones, Richard G. Sleight, J. Barry
Smith, Fred li. Lucksinger
