OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation, as Grantee, an easement for street,
water, sewer, drainage and other similar public purposes in, to, over and under
the real property in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo,
State of California, described as follows:
BEGINPiING at the Southeasterly corner of Lot "B" in the Breed's
Addition, which is a point on the north line of the San Luis Obispo -
Los Osos Public Road marked 11B.10" bearing N 89° 55' E, 15 ft to a
point; thence N 0° 15' W, 14 ft to a point; thence S 89° 55' W,
65 ft to a point; thence S-00 15' E, 14 ft to a point; thence
N 890 55' E, 50 ft to the P. 0. B.

A RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT AND RECORD AN EASEMENT
FOR STREET, SEWER, WATER AND SIMILAR PUBLIC
PURPOSES FROM CLINTON M. AND PATSY R. SCARBROUGH.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of San Luis
Obispo as follows:
That the City Clerk is hereby authorized to receive and
record, on,behalf of the City,of San Luis Obispo, a "Deed of
Easement" from Clinton M, and Patsy R. Scarbrough, dated,. the
12th day of.June,,1957, for street, water, sewer, drainage and
other similar public purposes as described in said deed of
easement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of- June, 1957, by the
following roll call-vote:
