DEED OF EASEMENT
SAN LUIS OBISPO CITY SCHOOLS, as Grantor, do hereby grant to the CITY OF
SAN LUIS CBISPO, a Municipal Corporation, as Grantee, a right of way and an
easement for street, water, sewer, drainage and other similar public purposes
in, to, over, and under the real property in the City of San Luis Obispo, County
of San Luis Obispo, State of California, described as=
In the City of San Luis Obispo a parcel of land situated in Section 25,
T 30 S 12 E;
COMMENCING at the northerly corner of Lot 1, Block 4 of the Fixlini
Tract and running thence N 53° 381 E, 34.49 ft to a point; thence
N 280 57' W, 38.88 ft to a point; thence S 75` 471 50" W, 33.00 ft
to a point; thence S 53° 38' W5 18.25 ft to the west boundary of Lizzie
Street as shown in Map Book Volume "A", page 100; thence S 28° 57' E,
18.15 ft to a point; thence N 530 381 E, 11.64 ft to a point; thence
S 360 22' E, 33.00 ft to the P. 0. B.
PROVIDED HOWEVER, that should Grantee ever abandon said use then said
easement shall automatically revert to Grantor.

A RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT AND RECORD AN EASEMENT
FOR STREET, 11:ATER, SEWER AND SIMILAR PUBLIC
PURPOSES FROM THE SAN LUIS OBISPO CITY SCHOOLS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of San Luis
Obispo as follows:.
That the City Clerk is hereby authorized to receive and
record, on behalf of the City of San Luis Obispo, a "Deed of
Easement" from the San Luis Obispo City Schools, dated, the 21st
day of May, 1957, for street, water, sewer, drainage and other
similar public purposes as described in said deed of easement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of July, 1957, by the
following roll call vote:
AYES: Nels Beck, Kenneth W. Jones, Fred H. Lucksinger
