DEED OF EASEI.IENT

DENNIS H. and LILLIE M. PEROZZI, as Srantors, hereby grant to the CITY OF
SAN LUIS OBISPO, as Grantee, the following, easement in the County of San Luis
Obispo, State of California, to wit:
An easement to construct, maintain, repair, replace, enlarge, operate,
and remove a public sanitary sewer line and appurtenances in aid across
a parcel of land in Section 1, T. 31 S., R. 12 E., M. D. M., in the
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California. Said easement to be
ten feet in width lying five feet on either side of the following
described center line:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly line of Johnson Street distant
thereon Idorth 0° 10� East 1256.36 feet along said easterly line of
Johnson Street from the intersection thereof with the easterly
projection of the northerly line of Orcutt Road.
RUNNING THENCE from said point of beginning North 09° 20' East a
distance of 1213 feet.

THE GRANTEE SFP LL, at its cost and expense, restore any improvements damaged
or destroyed at my time by reason of the laying of said sanitary sewers, or by
Grantee in maintaining, repairing, operating or removing any sanitary sewer or
sewers in said easement, and shall restore the surface of the ground to,as near
its original condition as possible.
IN WITNESS 'k[EREOF, Grantors have hereunto caused their names to be sub-
scribed this 18t4ay of June , 1957.

A RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT AND RECORD AN EASEMENT
TO MAINTAIN AND OPERATE A PUBLIC SANITARY SEWER
LINE FROM DENNIS H. AND LILLIE M. PEROZZI.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of San Luis
Obispo as follows:
That the City Clerk is hereby authorized to receive and
record, on behalf of the City of San Luis Obispo, a "Deed of
Easement" from Dennis H. and.Lillie M. Pero.zzi, dated, the 18th
day of June, 1957, to maintain, repair, replace, enlarge, operate,
and remove a public sanitary sewer line as described in said
deed of easement.
