DEED OF EASEMENT
HARALD N. and HELGA NIELSEN, as Grantors, hereby grant to the CITY OF SAN

LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation, as Grantee, an easement for street, water,
sewer, drainage, and other similar public purposes in, to, over and under the
real property in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State
of California, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the Southwesterly line of Johnson, Street, said
point being the most northerly corner of Lot 6, as shown on Record of
Survey dated December 1952, recorded in Book 6, Page 96 at the Office
of the County Recorder; thence S 57° 021 E along the Southwesterly
line of Johnson Street, a distance of 35 ft to a point; thence along
a curve to the right, with a radius of 670 ft, through an angle of
30 001, for a distance of 35.08 ft to the true point of beginning;
thence
CONTINUING along said curve to the right, through an angle of 30° 33'
for a distance of 357.15 ft; thence tangent to a line bearing S 23° 29'
E along a curve to the right with a radius of 18.37 ft, through an
angle of 70° 18' 04n,for a distance of 22.54 ft to a point; thence
tangent to a line bearing N 20° 19' 44" W along a curve to the left,
with a radius of 657 ft, through an angle of 32' 21' 34 ", for a dis-
tance of 371.06 ft to a point on the line common to Lot 6 and Lot 7;
thence N 33° 001 20" E along said line, a distance of 2.03 ft to the
true point of beginning.

A RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT AND RECORD AN EASEMENT
FOR STREET, WATER, SEWER AND SIMILAR PUBLIC
PURPOSES FROM HARALD N. & HELCA NIELSEN,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of San Luis
Obispo as follows:
That the-City Clerk is hereby authorized to receive and
record, on behalf of the City of San Luis Obispo, a "Deed of
Easement" from Harald N. and Helga Nielsen, dated, the 13th day
of August, 1957, for street, water, sewer, drainage and other
similar public purposes as described in said deed of easement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of August , 1957,
by the following roll call vote:
