Recorded 09/16/1957RIGHT OF WAY DEED VOL 91a PAH443 THIS INDENTM, made this / ay of ( .. 1955, between the County of San Luis Obispo, a political corporation and one of the counties of the State of California, the Party of the First Part; and the City of San Luis Obispo, a municipal corporation and a charter city in the County of San Luis Obispo, State of Cali - fornia, the Party of the Second Part; W I T N E S S E T H: That the Party of the First Part under authority of Section 25365 of the Government Code allowing counties to grant interest in real property to any city within the county, and in consideration of the Party of the Second part improving and maintaining the subject property herein as a public road, does hereby grant to the Party of the Second Part, the right of way and incidents thereto for a public highway over that certain real property situate in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, known as Sierra Way and more particularly described as follows: All that certain parcel of land situate in Lot 7 of the Deleissigues Tract in the City of San Luis Obispo, State of California, described as follows: Commencing at a 3" x 3" stake on the south line of Lot 6 of said tract and being the southwest corner of a parcel of land conveyed by A. Hobbs to W, Gracie recorded by dead in Volume 695 Official Records at Page 4939 and running thence N 530 384 E along the south line of said Lot 6 and line of said conveyed parcel 6.03 feet to a point; thence S 420 151 E, parallel to and 6 feet, at right angles, east of the existing fence line and east line of Sierra Wa 391.98 feet to the south line of Lot 7, thence N 14c 59; 10" W along the east line of a parcel of land conveyed by the County of San Luis Obispo to the City of San Luis Obispo recorded by deed in volume 613 Official Records page 450, 394.39 feet to the north line of Lot 7; thence N 530 38r E 12.75 feet to the point of beginning. Willett, Dan.F..Sheehy,.and Chairman John Ruskovich ABSENT: NONE RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHAIR14AN TO EXECUTE RIGHT- OF-WAY DEED COVERING A PORTION OF SIERRA WAY IN THE CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO The following resolution is now offered and read: WMREAS, this Board of Supervisors having heretofore ordered published a notice of its intention to grant to the City of San Luis Obispo a right of way for a-public road,-over that certain real property commonly known as Sierra Way; and WHEREAS, .proof having been presented to this Board, that notice of this Board's intention to grant said right -of -way has been given in the form and canner required by law and as ordered by this Board of Supervisors. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDERED by the Board of Super- visors of the County of San Luis Obispo, State -of California: 1. BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo as follows: That the City Clerk is hereby authorized to record on behalf of the City of San Luis Obispo that certain indenture by and between the County of San Luis Obispo and the City of San Luis Obispo, dated October 17, 1955, granting to the City of San Luis Obispo the right of tray for certain real property as described in said right of way deed.
