A RECOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECU`£ION OF 94 AGRF:FNXN i
WITH H, F. KJABRBYE,
BF IT RKSO LVED by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo as
follows:
1, That the Mayor shall be and is hereby authorized to execute
that certain agreement with H. F. Kjaerbye providing* for the settlement
of a law suit between the City of San Luis Obispo and H. F. Kjaerbye and
providing for the subdivision of certain property owned by Mr, Kjaerbye,
2„ That the City Clerk is hereby authorized to receive and record
that certain quitclaim deed dated November 1, 1957, transferring certain
portions of land to the City of San Luis Obispo for an extension of
Serrano Drive executed by Nellie Penman,
PASSED A14D ADOPTED this 16th day of November, 1957, by the follow.
