NEBRASKA LANDS, INCORPORATED, a corporation, as Grantor, hereby grants to
the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, as Grantee, all of their
right, title and interest in the following described property in the City of
San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
BEGINNING at the southwest corner of Lot 1, Block D as shown on the
map of Unit 1, College Highlands, Tract No. 96, filed for record at
Page 101, Volume No. 5 of maps in the Office of the County Recorder;
THENCE S 890 54' 30" E along the Sly line of said lot, a distance of
23.94 ft to the Ely line of Unit No. 1 of Tract 96; thence N 00 051 30"
E along said line a distance of 1,40 ft to a point on the prolongation
of the Sly line of Highland Drive; thence S 89° 07' E along said line,
a distance of 26.23 ft; thence N 0° 53' E, a distance of 60 ft to a
point on the prolongation of the Nly line of Highland Drive; thence
N 89° 07' W along said line, a distance of 120 ft to a point; thence
along a curve to the right, with a radius of 20 ft, to a point of
intersection with the NEIy line of Cuesta Drive; thence Sly along
the NEly line of Cuesta Drive to the point of beginning.

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO ACCEPT
AND RECORD GRANT DEED OF PROPERTY FROM NEBRASKA
LANDS, INCORPORATED,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of San Luis
Obispo as follows:
That the City Clerk be and he is hereby instructed to
receive and record a deed from Nebraska Lands, Incorporated, a
corporation, granting to the City of San Luis Obispo the property
described in said deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of November, 1957,
