GEORGE WC.FFORD, JR. and GERALDINE G. WOFFORD, Grantors, hereby grant to the
CITY OF SAY. LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation, as Grantee, all their rights,
title and interest in the following described property in the City of San Luis
Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
A portion of Lot 7, Block 3, Goldtree Vineyard Tract, according to the
map of said Tract, recorded September 30, 1893 in Book 1 at page 14 of
Record of Surveys, said portion being particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the most southerly corner of said Lot 7; thence along the
southwesterly line of said Lot 7, Korth 360 251 West a distance of 24.00
feet to the true point of beginning.
Running thence from the true point of beginning along the southwesterly
line of said Lot 7, North 360 25' West a distance of 43.00 feet; thence
North 540 001 East a distance of 39.91 feet; thence from a tangent bear-
ing South 400 181 0411 East on the are of a circular carve to the right,
the radius of which is 40 feet; through a central angle of 930 531 04 ",
a distance of 65.54 feet to the true point of beginning.
Containing 0.031 acres of land more or less.
Also a perpetual easement to construct, maintain, repair, replace, enlarge,
operate and remove a public sanitary sewer line and appurtenances in and
across a portion of said Lot 7, Block 3.
Said easement to be a strip of land ten feet in width lying northeasterly
of, and adjacent to, the southwesterly line of said Lot 7 and continuous
from the southeasterly line of said Lot 7 to and abutting the parcel of
land hereinabove described.
