NBLVI.' DOKILD MC ALLISTER, as Grantor, hereby grants to the CITY OF SAN
LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation, as Grantee, all his right, title and interest
in the following described property in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San
Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
A portion of that certain tract of land described in Agreement of
Sale, dated March 6, 1951 and recorded March 14, 1951, in Book 601
at page 132 Official Records, said portion being a strip of land
5.00 feet in width, parallel to and adjacent to the northerly line
of said tract and running from the westerly line of said tract
continuousl,• to the easterly line thereof.
