A. L. FEi?3 ! and EILDA E. FERRIPII, as Grantors, hereby grant to the CITY
OF SA ", LUIS OBI , a Municipal Corporation, as Grantee, all their right, title
and interest in the following described property in the City of San Luis Obispo,
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
All that certain real property situate in the City of San Luis Obispo,
County of Sir. Luis Obispo, State of California, a portion of Lots B. C,
and D, Breed's Addition to the City of San Luis Obispo, according to
the map filed for record January 25, 1889 in the office of the County
Fecorder, and a portion of the southeast 1/4 of the southwest 1/4 of
Section 22, Township 30 South, Range 12 East, M.D.B.&M. particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at the southwest corner of Lot D of said Breed's Addition;
thence North 890 55' East a distance of 84 feet; thence Forth 00 05'
West a distance of 438 feet to the true point of beginning of the
tract of land to be herein described;
Running thence from said true point of beginning, westerly in a direct
line, 821.37 feet more or less to the northeasterly corner of Lot 6,
Block G. Tract No. 60, a map of said Tract being on file in Book 5 of
Maps, at page 77; thence North 00 08' West a distance of 40 feet to a
point on the southerly line of that certain tract of land, described
in deed to San Luis Obispo School District, dated December 5, 1950,
and recorded December 28, 1950, in Book 591, Official Records at page
280, thence easterly along the southerly line of said last mentioned
tract, and the southerly line of that certain tract described in deed
to said San Luis Obispo School District, dated September 1, 1944 and
recorded September 17, 1944 in Book 369, Official Records, at page 204,
a distance of 812 feet more or less to the southeasterly corner of said
last mentioned tract; thence South 110 48' East a distance of 40.85 feet
to said point of beginning.
Containing0.75 acres of land more or less.
