GRUNT DEED
WILLIAM F. SIEFERT and BETTY L. SIEFERT, as Grantors, hereby grant to
the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation, as Grantee, all their right,
title and interest in the following described property in the City of San Luis
Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
Being a portion of Lot 13 in Block 12 of Anholm Addition to the
City of San Luis Obispo, said lot being shown on the IrIap of said
addition filed May 13, 1917 in Book 3 of Maps at page 91, said
portion being particularly described as follows:
A strip of land 4.97 feet in width between parallel lines or
prolongations thereof, the westerly line of said strip being
described as beginning at the northwesterly corner of said Lot
13; thence South 260 27' East along the westerly line of said Lot,
a distance of 50 feet to the southwesterly corner of said Lot 13.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantors have hereunto caused their names to be
