JAMES H. HUGHES AID DOID THY L.HUGHES,Grantors,hereby grants
to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation, as Grantee,
all their righbs,title and interest in the following described prop-
erty in the City of.San Luis Obispo,County of San Luis Obispo, State
of California, to wit:
Being a portion of the northwesterly one -half of Lot 2 and
a portion of Lot 3 in Block 12 of Anholm Addition-to the
City of San Luis Obispo, said lots.being shown on the map
of said Addition filed May 13,1917 in Book 3 of Maps at
Page 91,said portions being particularly described as follows:
A strip of land 15.03 feet in width between parallel lines
or prolongations thereof, the easterly line of said strip
being described as beginning at the southeasterly corner
of the northwesterly one -half of said Lot 2;thence North
260271 West along the easterly line of said Lots 2 and 3,
a distance of 75 feet to the northeasterly corner of
said Lot 3.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantors, have hereunto caused their
names to be subscribed this day of 1958.
