DONALD S. HI%SON AND DORMY F. HI%90N, Grantors,
hereby grants to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal
Corporation, as Grantee, all their rights, title and interest
in the following described property in the City of San Luis
Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
Being a portion of Lots 40 and 6 in Block 12
of Anholm Addition to the City of San Luis Obispg
said lots being shown on the map of said Addition
filed May 143,1917 in Book 3 of Maps at page 91,
said portions being particularly described as
follows:
A strip of land 15.03 feet in width between
parallel lines or prolongations thereof, the
easterly line of said strip being described as
beginning at the southeasterly corner of said
Lot 4;thence North 26027? West along the east-
erly line of said Lots 4,5 and 6, a distance
of 150 feet to the northeasterly corner of said
Lot 6.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantors, have hereunto
