EARI.E A. & NADINE L. BARR, Grantors, hereby grants to the
CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation, as Grantee, all
their rights, title and interest in the following described prop-
erty in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo,
State of California, to wit:
Being a portion of Lot 8'in Block 12 of Anholm Addition
to the City of San Luis Obispo,said lot being shorn on
the map of said Addition filed May 13,19 17 in Book 3 of
Maps at page 91,said portion being particularly described
as follows:
A strip of land 15.03 feet in width between parallel lines
or prolongations thereof, the easterly line of said strip
being described as beginning at the southeasterly corner
of said Lot 8;thence North 260271 West along the easterly
line of said Lot a distance of 41.1,3 feet to the north-
easterly corner of said Lot S.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantors, have hereunto caused their
names to be subscribed this 5 day of June 3,1958.
