HELEN M. HATHvTAY and ETHEL M. GARDINER, Grantors, hereby grant to the CITY OF
SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal Corporation, as Grantee, all their right, title and
interest in the following described property in the City of San Luis Obispo, County
of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
All that certain real property situate in the City of San Luis Obispo,
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, a portion of Lots 4, 5,
6, and 7 in Block 5 of the Deleissiguez Addition, a map of said addition
being on file in Book "A" of Maps page 96, San Luis Obispo County Records,
said portion being particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the most northerly corner of Lot 4 of said Block 5, thence
South 36° 221 East, a distance of 21.30 feet to a point on the existing
southeasterly line of Ella Street; thence South 53° 33' West along the
existing southeasterly line of Ella Street, a distance of 122.37 feet;
thence leaving said southeasterly lire, on the arc of a circular curve
to the left tangent to the preceding course, the radius of which is 12
feet, through a central angle of 97° 40t a distance of 20.45 feet;
thence South 44* 071 East a distance of 159.53 feet to a noint on the
southeasterly line of Lot 7 of said Block 5; thence South 53' 331 West
alag said southeasterly line, a distance of 3.15 feet to the most south-
erly corner of said Lot 7; thence North 450 301 17" west along the
southwesterly line of Lots 7, 6, and 5 of said Block 5, a distance of
151.89 feet to the most southerly corner of said Lot 4; thence North
42° 301 17" West along the southwesterly line of said Lot 4, a distance
of 43.24 feet to the most westerly corner thereof; thence North 530 331
East along the northwesterly line of said Lot 4, a distance of 144.59
feet to the said point of beginning.
Containing 0.091 acres of land more or less.
