DOROTHY S. WRIGHT AND SOPHIE STEIN, Grantors, hereby grants to
the City of San Luis Obispo, a municipal corporation, as Grantee, all
their rights, title and interest in the following described property
in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of
California, to wit:
A11 that certain real property situate in the City of San
Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California,
a portion of Lot 6 of the Deleissigues Tract, a map of said
tract being on file, in Book A of Maps,at page 95, San Luis
Obispo County Records, said portion being particularly des-
cribed as follows:
Beginning at the most Westerly corner of said Lot 6; thence
No 53 33t East a distance'of 125.00 feet; thence South
490151 East a distance of 75.00 feet to the true point of
beginning, said point beint the most Westerly corner of
Parcel 2 as said Parcel 2 is described in that certain deed
dated May 22,1956 and recorded June -t, 1956, in Book W.
at Page 97, Official Records of San Luis Obispo County;
thence North 530331 East a distance of 25.00 feet to t1e
most Northerly corn er of said Parcel 2; thence South 49 151
East a distance of 60,22 feet, to the most Easterly corner

true point of beginning.
