said most easterly corner;thence South 5303311lest along the
southeasterly line of said Lot 10,a distance of 2.27 feet;
thence from a tangent bearing North 24008114° West on the am
of a circular curve to the right,the radius of which is 57036
feet through a central angle of 5 26' a distance of 5.44 feet
to said point of beginning.
Containing 0.0001 acres of land more or less.
