Beginning at the most southerly corner of said Lot 6; thence North 360

feet; thence North 5110 001 East a distance of 25.00 feet; thence South
360 25' East a distance of 66.00 feet to a point in the southeasterly
line of said Lot 6; thence South 540 00' West a distance of 25.00 feet
to the point of beginning.
