THE FTUST BAPTIST CHURCH OF' SAN LUIS OBISPO, a non - profit corporation, hereby
quitclaims to the CITY OF' SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, all its right,
title, and interest in the following described property in the City of San Luis
Obispo, State of California, to wit:
All that certain real property situate in the City of San Luis Obispo, County
of San Luis Obispo, State of California, a portion of Lot 8 in Block 5 of
the Deleissiguez Addition, a map of said Addition being on file in Book "A"
of naps at page 96 San Luis Obispo County Records] and a portion of Lot 6
Deleissiguez Tract, a map of said 'tract being on file in Book "A" of Haps
at page 95 San Luis Obispo County Records, said portions being particularly
described as foll(ns:
Beginning at the most southerly corner of Lot 8 of said Block 5; thence
liorth 45° 30' 17" 'test along the southwesterly* line of said Lot 8, a dis-
tance of 87.26 feet to the most westerly corner thereof; thence North
53° 33' East along the northwesterly line of said Lot 8, a distance of
3.15 feet; thence leaving said north *esterly line, South 44° 07' vast a
distance of 35.48 feet; thence tangent to the preceding course on the arc
of a circular curve to the left, the radius of which is 975 feet, through
a central angle of 5° 11' a distance of 88.20 feet; thence South 490 18'
East a distance of 130.83 feet; thence tanprent to the preceding course on
the arc of a circular curve to the right, the radius of which is 62 feet,
through a central angle of 150 34' 04" a distarr e of 16.85 feet to a point
on the southwesterly line of that certain tract of land described in deed
to the First Baptist Church of San Luis Obispo, dated February 26, 1952 and
recorded March 63 1952 in Book 648 Official Records, at page 384; thence
North 51° 39' 43" West along said southwesterly line a distance of 186.56
feet to a point on the northwesterly line of said Lot 6; thence 'gorth
53° 33' East along said northwesterly line, a distance of 8.61 feet to said
point of beginning.
Containing 0.036 acres of land more or less.
