^VOL 952 PAGE 40 DEED OF EASEMIT
CHARLES R. EASTER and ADELE G. EASTER, as Grantors, hereby grant to the
CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation, as Grantee, the following
easement in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of
California, to wit:
An easement to construct, maintain, repair, replace, enlarge,
operate, and remove a public sanitary sewer line and appurtenances
in and across a portion of Lot 120 of the San Luis Obispo Suburban
Tract, according to the Map of said Tract recorded February 7, 1906
in Book 1 at page 92 Record of Surveys, said easement being 10 feet
in width between parallel lines or prolongations thereof, lying
northerly from and adjoining the southerly line of said Lot 120,
the southerly line of said easement being described as beginning
at the southwesterly corner of said Lot 120; thence North 890 381
East along the southerly line of said Lot 120 a distance of 231.00
feet.
THE GRANTEE SHALL, at its cost and expense, restore any improvements damaged
or destroyed at any time by reason of the laying of said sanitary sewers, or by
Grantee in maintaining, repairing, operating or removing any sanitary sewer or
sewers in said easement, and shall restore the surface of the ground to as near
its original condition as possible.
IN WITNESS IMMOF, Grantors have hereunto caused their names to be
