WALDRCN, known to me to be the person whose name is subscribed to the within
instrument, as a witness thereto, who being by me duly smorn, says: That
he resides in the City of San Luis Obispo, Califon, and that be was present
and sav the above perema, who are personally known to him to be the same
persons whose names are subscribed to the within instrument, sign and deliver

THOMAS J. LEE and ANFIE M. LEE, as Grantors, hereby grant to the CITY OF SAN
LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation, as Grantee, the following easement in the City
of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
A perpetual easement to construct, maintain, repair, replace, enlarge,
operate, and remove a public sanitary sewer line and appurtenances
in and across a portion of Lot 9, Block 3, Goldtree Vineyard Tract,
in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of
California, said easement to be ten (10) feet in width and bounded by
the following described lines:
Be inning at the most southerly corner of said Lot 9; thence North
36 25' West along the southwesterly line of said Lot 9, a distance
of 88.00 feet; thence North 541 00' East a distance of 10.00 feet;
thence South 360 25' East a distance of 88.00 feet to a point in
the southeasterly line of said Lot 9; thence South 540 00' West
along said southeasterly line of said Lot 9, a distance of 10.00
feet to the point of beginning.
THE GRA TEE SHALL, at its cost and expense, restore any improvements damaged
or destroyed at any time by reason of the layir_g of said sanitary sewers, or by
Grantee in maintaining, repairing, operating or removing any sanitary sewer or
sewers in said easement, and shall restore the surface of the ground to as near
its original condition as possible.
IN WITNESS TW7MRE0F, Grantors have hereunto caused their names to be
