DEED OF EASEMENT

E. D. LOVETT and DOROTHY 0. LOVETT, as Grantors, hereby grant to the CITY
OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation, as Grantee, the following easement
in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California,
to wit:
A perpetual easement to construct, maintain, repair, replace, enlarge,
operate and remove a public sanitary sewer line and appurtenances in
and across a portion of Lots 8 and 9, Block 3, Goldtree Vineyard Tract,
in the City of San Luis Obispo., County of San Luis Obispo, State of
California, said easement to be ten (10) feet in width and bounded by
the following described lines:
Beginning at the most southerly corner of said Lot 8; thence North
360 25' West along the southwesterly line of said Lot 8 a distance
of 44.00 feet; thence North 540 00' East a distance of 10.00 feet;
thence South 360 25' East a distance of 88.00 feet; thence South
540 00' West a distance of 10.00 feet to a point in the southwesterly
line of said Lot 9; thence North 360 25' West along said southwesterly
line of said Lot 9 a distance of 44.00 feet to the point of beginning.
THE GRANTED SHALL, at its cost and expense, restore any improvements damaged
or destroyed at any time by reason of the laying of said sanitary sewers, or by
Grantee in maintaining, repairing, operating or removing any sanitary sewer or
sewers in said easement, and shall restore the surface of the ground to as near
its original condition as possible.
