DEED OF EASEMENT IVOL 952 PAGE 3
STEVE ZEGA.R and S?ELLA ZEGAP, Grantors, hereby grant to the CITY OF SAD? LUIS
OBISPO, a 1111anicipal Corporation, as Grantee, the following easement in the City of
San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
A perpetual easement to construct, maintain, repair, replace, enlarge,
operate and remove a public sanitary sewer line and appurtenances in
and across a portion of Lot 10, Block 3, Goldtree Vineyard Tract, in
the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of
California, said easement to be ten (10) feet in width and bounded
by the following described lines:
Beginning at the most westerly corner of said Lot 10; thence North
54 00' East along the northwesterly line of said Lot 10 a distance
of 10.00 feet; thence South 360 25' East a distance of 15.00 feet;
thence South 540 00' West a distance of 10.00 feet to a point in
the southwesterly line of said Lot 10; thence along said southwesterly
line of.said Lot 10 North 360 25' West a distance of 15.00 feet to
the point of beginning.
THE GRANTEE SHALL, at its cost and expense, restore any improvements damaged
or destroyed at.any time by reason of the laying of said sanitary sewers, or by
Grantee in maintaining, repairing, operating or removing any sanitary sewer or
sewers in said easement, and shall restore the surface of the ground to as near
its original condition as possible.
