DEED OF EASEMENT

RUSSELL D. AND MYRTLE C. BULLOCK, as Grantors, hereby grant to the CITY OF SAN
LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation, as Grantee, the following easement in the City
of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
An easement to construct, maintaih, repair, replace, enlarge, operate, and
remove a public sanitary sewer line and appurtenances in and across,a
portion of Lot 119 of the San Luis Obispo Suburban Tract, according to
the Map of said Tract recorded February 7, 3.906 in Book 1 at page 92
Record of Surveys, said easement being 10 feet in width between parallel
lines, lying southerly from and adjoining the northerly line of said
Lot 119, the northerly line of said easement being described as beginning
at a point on the northerly line of said Lot 119, distant North 89° 38'
East 256.87 feet from the northwesterly corner thereof; thence North
89° 381 East a distance of 130.00 feet.
THE GRANTEE SHALL, at its cost aril expense, restore any improvements damaged
or destroyed at any time by reason of the laying of said sanitary sewers, or by
Grantee in mainta'++�, repairing, operating or removing any sanitary sewer or
sewers in said easement, and shall restore the surface of the ground to as near
its original condition as possible.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantors have hereunto caused their names to be subscribed
this 17 day of July , 1958.
